Returns
We accept returns within 24 hours of confirmed delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Items that have been worn or used.
• Items damaged after delivery.
• Gift cards.
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
